Terms and Conditions

Dear Our Beloved Customer (s),

Please do read carefully before you make any buying transactions.

1. Please make booking/purchases by filling the Order Form only. SMS and phone calls strictly will not be entertained.
2. QiQi Fashion will not straightly do the post delivery immediately after the payment is made. 
3. All ordered items/products will be post, 24 hours - 48 hours after we received the payment.
4. All sales made are FINAL. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable. 
5. No refund once payment is made, UNLESS the ordered items are out of stock.
6. IMPORTANT: Reservation is allowed for 2 days (48hours) ONLY. After that, all the reservation (s) without any payment will automatically CANCEL. BUT, if you still wants the item and want to extend your reservation, PLEASE notify us through email (qiqifashionqq@gmail.com)
7. We practicing "First come, First serve". So, if you already emailed us and want to add new items/products, please email us separately. We take orders according to time, which is who email us first will get the item first.
8. We will only entertain SERIOUS BUYERS only. Return customers will good history will be given the priority to book and get the items/products.
9. REMINDER - Due to camera settings, the colors of items/products may slightly different. Please do contact us (via email or PM in FaceBook) for further information regarding the items/products.
